Our Commitment

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make it right.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

What We Cover

We provide free return shipping on all eligible returns. Simply contact us to receive your prepaid return label.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at info@shipdeez.com or through your order confirmation
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
  4. Pack your item securely in its original packaging
  5. Drop off your package at any [shipping carrier] location

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

We're sorry if you received a damaged or defective item! Please contact us immediately at jmcca@shipdeez.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund right away, and you won't need to return the damaged item unless we specifically request it.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we apologize! Contact us at jmcca@shipdeez.com and we'll send you the correct item at no additional cost and provide a prepaid label to return the incorrect item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Verify the delivery address on your order
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date

We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
