Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

Payment: We accept credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal. Payment is due at the time of purchase. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be added to your order based on your shipping address and current Indiana and U.S. tax laws.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Area: We currently ship only within the United States.

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. ShipDeez is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: All items purchased from ShipDeez are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SHIPDEEZ'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SHIPDEEZ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
